Emma went to see the pediatrician today about her cough and sniffles. Last night was a long night and Emma didn't eat or sleep much. The doctor said Emma has a cold and an ear infection. She's taking antibiotics and should be feeling better soon.

Gracie and Abby are slowly getting adjusted to having Emma around. Abby even lets Emma pet her sometimes! Gracie is still keeping her distance but now she comes out of hiding during the day to sit in the same room with Emma.

last gym and swim
Wednesday night was Emma's last gym and swim of the 7-week session. She earned the first certificate since the one the hospital gave her on her birthday :). Here she is swimming back to her dad.

100th Birthday Celebration
On Sunday, Emma and her family helped her Great Grandma Ristau celebrate her 100th birthday. Her Great Uncle, most of her cousins and second cousins, her grandparents, and Auntie Mal had a fun afternoon of eating and playing games.

Happy Valentine's Day!
It's amazing how much we love our little Emma. We've loved her since the first time we saw her as a cute little "moon baby" in her first ultrasound picture, and every moment in between.

Yesterday Emma went to visit her Great Pawp at his rehab facility. She saw Great Gram, and Grandma and Grandpa Lieberg too. Emma got some really nice gifts from her grandparents and great-grandparents, like this cute sundress.

Emma's been brushing up on her Spanish with her new bongo drum, which was a Valentine's Day gift from Grandma and Grandpa Ristau.

Happy Dad's Home
Emma's dad came home from Reno late last night while she was sleeping. This afternoon she had an appointment to have her second flu shot. She now weighs 18 1/2 pounds.

Bob Evans
This morning we had breakfast at Bob Evans before Emma's daddy took his flight to Reno where he will be working this week. Emma got to sit in the booth like a big girl.
